What we collect

Your contact details, the transactions you make with us, the accounts you ask us to pay, and, where verification is required, the identity documents you upload.

How it is stored

Account numbers, wallet addresses, identity document numbers and gift-card codes are encrypted before they are written to our database. Uploaded documents are kept on private storage with no public link: every view passes an authorization check first.

Who can see it

Only staff whose role explicitly grants access. Viewing a gift-card code, for example, requires a separate permission and a fresh identity confirmation, and every reveal is recorded.

How long we keep it

Financial and verification records are kept for as long as the rules that apply to us require. Closing your account stops you signing in but does not erase the record of transactions we have already settled.

Your choices

You can update your details and manage your saved recipients at any time. Some notifications about security and money movement cannot be switched off, because you need to see them.
